We recently gave this deck a facelift. Replacing the old pine boards for 140mm merbau with stainless screws. Also replaced the rotted out front bearer, removed and reinstalled the handrails.

Here is a cladding job we completed last year for an awesome client. We leveled the house as the peirs were out 80mm! adjusted the windows, removed old boards, straightened walls, installed wall insulation and hardiwrap, installed pre primed weatherboards
We also adjusted the wall frame and installed a bifold servery window and stacker door to the existing deck.
