🚜 DID YOU KNOW WE ALSO DO SITE PREP WORKS? 🚜

This one was out in Seaside Estate, Madora Bay.

The customer was sick of builders and landscapers dumping their sh*te on the verge, leaving a mountain of excess sand out the front of the property.

So we rolled in and sorted it. 💪

Over **6 cubic metres** of sand removed from the verge and front of the house.

Unfortunately we didn't get a photo of the front... we were too busy working. 🤦‍♂️😂

No job too hard.

Big thanks to our mates at **Big Bull Plant Hire & Earthworks** for supplying the massive tipper trailer. Makes life a whole lot easier when you're loading by hand and can dump it with the push of a button.

This is just another job we've knocked over in the last couple of weeks.

🌧️ THE RAIN MAY SLOW US DOWN... BUT WE ALWAYS WIN. 💪

While most people were hiding from the weather, we were out in Hammond Park trudging through the rain all day Thursday to get this one over the line.

The client wanted the entire yard gutted and restarted to get this beauty ready for the market.

Challenge accepted. 👌

✅ Backyard stripped of old grass and weeds

✅ Everything dug out and removed by hand due to restricted access past the air-conditioning unit

✅ Premium Kikuyu roll-on turf supplied and installed

✅ New reticulation system installed off existing tap timers

✅ New paving laid down the laundry side for the clothesline area

✅ Weedmat, steppers and mulch installed down the side access and through to the front yard

✅ Front yard cleaned up, dead lawn and weeds removed

✅ Fresh mulch installed to finish off the garden beds

The before and after photos tell the story better than we ever could.

Then off to Kwinana for paving, blue metal and wintergreen couch Instal.

No rest for the wicked 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️👌

Newest project wrapped up for a client flipping a property and needing the full works done before sale day.

This one was an absolute grind from start to finish 👊

✔️ Dismantled and removed existing Colourbond/fridge panel built shed
✔️ Demolished and removed old concrete shed floor
✔️ Completely gutted the side of the house that was overgrown and loaded with rubbish
✔️ Cleared out and cleaned up the entire backyard
✔️ Bobcat removed old dead lawn and excess sand from the front yard
✔️ Repaired and patched paving through the driveway, patio, side access and carport after years of neglect
✔️ Brand new full reticulation system installed
✔️ Premium lawn soil spread and levelled throughout front and back yards
✔️ Wintergreen couch supplied and laid front and back
✔️ Dug out old weeds and grass from the crackerdust driveway, replenished and compacted ready for years of use

This place was a mess — outdated, awkward, and useless. So we ripped straight into it.

Limestone wall? GONE.
Old pavers and dodgy steps? BINNED.
Bobcat in, cleaned the whole lot out properly — no half jobs.

Been awhile between posts been busy on multiple jobs.

Easy to communicate with aswell in regards to booking out which makes it so much easier

**Shoalwater – Front Yard Transformation 🔥**

Back before Christmas we knocked over the backyard… now we’re back to finish the job and wrap up the **front yard** once the concrete works were done.

Big shoutout to **Larry the bobcat legend from Baldivis Bobcats** who came in and cleared the whole front yard, ripping out the excess sand and getting the site dialled in.

From there we got to work:
• Primo lawn mix blend spread and levelled
• Gear drive rotor retic system installed
• Finished off with **beautiful Sir Walter Soft Leaf Buffalo**

The result? **Total transformation.**
Fresh, green, and the kind of front yard that makes the neighbours jealous.
