Oven, cooktop, hot water system playing up?
Before you replace it, let us look.
We repair appliance faults Augusta to Busselton: usually a fix, not a replacement.

Most of the time it's a fault we can sort, not a write-off.

Big storm on the weekend!
If your power dropped and stayed down, an automatic changeover switch fixes that, your generator kicks in the second the grid does, no switches to flick.

We've fitted plenty across the region. Worth a look before the next one.

Thank you Kylie!

What a 48 hours we have just had.

Huge thank you to our team who braved the weather over the last few days to do what we could do to help with power outages, people stuck in lifts, electric shocks, water issues........the list goes on.

Massive thank you to Byron George, who got home about 1am this morning, Nathan Cameron and Ian Earl for their assistance and our clients who trusted us with their issues.

Now to hopefully finish a couple of jobs, go home, and get ready for the generator installs over the next 2 weeks!

Yesterday's weather certainly threw a tantrum, but once again our community showed exactly what makes it so special.

A huge thank you to our incredible SES volunteers, Fire & Rescue crews, St John Ambulance, WA Police, Western Power, Shire staff, Farmers and all volunteers who are working tirelessly to clear roads, remove hazards, and assist those affected. Many of you put yourselves in harm's way to keep the rest of us safe, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

On a personal note, thank you to Ian and the team at Margaret River Cowaramup Electrical for helping me with my new generator. In hindsight - I probably should have done a test run before the storm hit! 🤦‍♀️

Yesterday was a reminder of just how fortunate we are to live in such a caring and resilient community-one that bands together when times get tough.

To everyone who answered the call, thank you. ❤️

Now for the clean-up! Stay safe everyone. 💜

One Team; One Story at a Time!

🌟 Employee Spotlight – Marty Head 🌟

This month we’re proud to recognise Marty for his incredible contribution to the company and our local community.

Marty has been part of the team for over 25 years and is a well-known local legend. A former gun cricketer for the Margaret River Hawks Cricket Club, (also one of the many clubs we sponsor at Margaret River Cowaramup Electrical Service EC742 Ag59677), a life member of the club, a multiple premiership player, and a member of the Team of the 30 Years.

Marty is a keen lawn bowls player and someone who brings dedication, positivity, and a great sense of humour to everything he does.

Marty is also one of those employees you never really need to check up on. You know the job will be done, and done to a high standard every time — something we’re sure many of our clients would agree with. Having that level of trust and confidence in someone is incredibly valuable, and it’s a big part of why Marty is such an important member of the team.

Another special part of Marty’s story is that over the last four years we’ve also had the privilege of employing his son, Aidan, as an apprentice electrician. Aidan is currently sitting his capstone exam — the final step to becoming a qualified tradesperson. For us, it’s something pretty special to have a second generation of the Head family working within the team and continuing that connection with the company.

Not only has Marty given so much to the workplace and community over the years, but this month he’s also taking on an amazing challenge — running 100 kilometres to raise money and awareness for MS.

We’re incredibly proud to support Marty in this effort, and donations are welcome for anyone who would like to get behind a great cause.
