With talks of snow on the way, this should be a reminder to get your heat pump serviced and/or install a new one if it’s been on the wish list- after all there is 1 month of Winter left❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Servicing your heat pump will enhance effiecency which not only helps the unit ensure it copes with these low ambient conditions outside but also lowers running costs and energy consumption.
It’s also best to catch a unknown issue before it causing complete failure - saving you the customer - time, more money and being caught out in the cold.

The attached photo is disposable filters from
a ducted reverse cycle heat pump we recently serviced. Although the customers complaint was that unit was not heating, it become evident that such filthy filters could not be good for our health.
Our health, especially during these times are also another important factor behind servicing.

Very humbled to receive such a nice comment after a busy day replacing a heat pump in Cygnet. Great to know that the tenant is now warm again and satisfied with the installation.
