Ken has been trialling a new board design to make the job of chopping veggies easier. Simply slide a tray or plate underneath and slide the veggies onto it.

Now available at Faversham House, Edithburgh.

This blanket is hand knitted using a 50/50 blend of merino and alpaca yarn, handspun to 5ply equivalent. It measures 125x125cms and used approximately 2 kilometres of completed yarn (2x 2kms of single threads plied together). The whole process took about 140 hours to complete over 3 months. Sorting, scouring, carding and blending the fleeces 15 hours. Spinning 65 hours. Knitting 60 hours.
Perfect as a baby blanket to use from generation to generation.
