Using the hit-and-miss underpinning method, sections were excavated and poured in stages to maintain support while strengthening the existing masonry foundations.

A minimalist ensuite bathroom we completed earlier in the year in a stunning period era home. Featuring clean lines, neutral colors, and simple brushed brass fixtures giving it that sleek design. With a walk-in shower with frameless glass panel, in wall cistern toilet, a floating custom vanity with integrated storage and a custon inwall mounted mirrored shaving cabinet to maintain a clutter-free space. With in floor heating for those cold Melbourne mornings along with plenty of natural light coming through the large overhead window highlighting the simplicity, functionality, and a sense of openness.
