It was an absolute pleasure to assist my clients in Hawthorn by removing a load bearing wall to create an open living in this kitchen/lounge/dining area!

•PFC Steel lintel welded with tabs for timber connection installed

•Re-levelled floor joists throughout and new Yellow Tongue flooring installed

•Additional framing for Inbuilt Gas Log Fire & around Hydronic heating system was built

•Custom 80mm thickness VJ Panels finished with 2-Pack paint in Dulux Black Caviar

•Redgum shelving machined to correct thickness, sanded and coated with natural beeswax for a matte finish

•Victorian period skirting boards to finish the new area

Lasercut and folded from 4mm Aluminium he squeezed this job in for me just in time before installed their tray, toolboxes and tradesmen roof rack on my new Ute!
