Castle is seeking experienced install crews across multiple systems — from Colorbond and CFC to custom aluminium cladding and balustrade systems. We build sharp architectural facades for Melbourne’s top-tier builders — and we do it fast, clean, and in control.

🔧 Scope Includes:
• Aluminium cassette systems
• Colorbond and NCP cladding
• CFC panel installs (face fix + concealed fix)
• Glass and aluminium balustrades
• Reading and executing from CNC shop drawings
• Clean, compliant install with attention to VBA tolerances

✅ You’ll Need:
• Proven experience across any or all of the above systems
• Own tools, transport & PPE
• White card + working at heights
• Ability to work fast and clean, as part of a coordinated install crew

A closer look at Lalor Secondary College’s Health and Fitness Centre showcases our commitment to precision and quality. We supplied and installed Vitradual aluminium cladding and Genesis pre-finished fibre cement cladding from Fairview Architectural, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. Inside, we used Keystone Linings’ perforated plywood for the gym and foyer areas, enhancing both functionality and design.

The rooftop balustrade posts were custom-designed and fabricated in-house, featuring perforated aluminium panels between the posts to achieve a seamless match with the perforated screens fitted along the Level 1 façade. This project highlights the attention to detail and craftsmanship that defines every Castle installation.
