After experiencing drainage issues previously, we brought in Aquaflow Plumbing And Excavations to install a 450mm pit and strip drain system in front of the garage door to improve water management and prevent future issues.

✔️ Full excavation completed
✔️ 25MPa charcoal concrete
✔️ Quality spin finish

A great transformation with a clean finish and another very happy customer.

This outdoor extension area in Taylors Lakes is coming along nicely 👌👌

90sqm of old uneven concrete cut out and removed, followed by 90sqm of 25MPa underscreed concrete finished with a broom finish — all prepped and ready for crazy paving.

✔️ 11 footings drilled & poured
✔️ 4m of R&S heelguard strip drainage installed
✔️ x2 stainless steel square drains fitted

This one turned into a challenging job once we hit a lot of rock and boulders during excavation, but the team pushed through and got it done for a great end result 👍

130sqm of plain concrete poured across 3 driveways, rear pathways & water tank slabs.
The job also included extending an existing cast iron pit and installing stainless steel strip drains to both units for effective drainage and a clean finish.

Another full front & backyard renovation completed, and the end result speaks for itself 👌
23 cubic meters of Midway’s 32MPA Deer Park exposed aggregate throughout,
We also laid 120sq meters premium Sir Walter Buffalo turf to create a lush, low-maintenance lawn area

R&S Grating 150mm black heelguard channel grate installed

A selection of fruit trees, a feature Japanese maple, and a practical vegetable patch — all tailored to the customer’s request

Shed and carport slab poured at 125mm thick, with 11 piers drilled and poured. Finished with 25MPa plain concrete and a clean spin finish.

Driveway and pathway completed a few days later to tie it all together.

Full site cut completed, 80 cubic metres of soil removed, 90m² of Sandstone 25MPa concrete laid and spun to finish.

Ready for the next stage: retaining walls, topsoil, and turf.
