We recently completed a 1600 SQM retail store strip-out in a major shopping centre, bringing the space back to its base build condition. This involved removing all tenant-installed fixtures, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and services while ensuring full compliance with shopping centre regulations. Our recently completed a demolition strip-out project in early 2025 at an aged care facility in Reservoir. Given the sensitive environment, the project required extra care and precision, including concrete cutting and removal, wall openings, partial glazing removal, and full ensuite strip-outs.
