When we finish a residential pool, our customers receive a handover pack filled with everything they need to know to keep their pool looking and performing its best (along with a few sneaky little gifts, because why not?).

We’ve spent 60 years building pools, but it’s the people we build them for who matter most. We want our customers to feel looked after long after we’ve done the handover, and to enjoy their pool for many, many years to come.
