Perforated steel sheet infill, fully powder coated, with custom laser-cut brackets designed specifically for the system.
No off-the-shelf components — the balustrade was detailed and fabricated around the architectural requirements, including the panel configuration, fixing method and handrail geometry.

Glass balustrade and handrail system — fabricated and installed to suit existing stair, landing and balcony conditions. 📐

Toughened glass infill with black powder-coated metalwork, including top rail, posts and base-mounted fixings. Stair sections coordinated to follow the existing pitch, transitioning into level balustrade sections across the landings and balconies.

Wall-mounted stair handrail installed parallel to the stair line, with fixing locations set out to maintain consistent height and clearance throughout the run.

Each section was site measured and fabricated to suit the existing structure — with particular attention to glass alignment, post positioning and clean transitions between sloping and level sections.

🚧✨ Custom fabricated, not off-the-shelf. ✨🚧

Every section of this balustrade system was specifically designed and detailed for this project. Unlike modular systems that can be purchased ready-made and simply fixed into place with fasteners, this installation required a complete custom fabrication process from start to finish.

📐 Detailed shop drawings were produced to determine exact dimensions, material requirements, and welding locations based on the site's unique geometry.

⚙️ The system was then fabricated, welded, finished, and powder coated before installation.
The result is a clean, consistent sight line throughout the entire perimeter, with no visible interruptions and a seamless appearance that can only be achieved through careful design and skilled fabrication.

A great example of how custom steelwork delivers both structural performance and architectural aesthetics. 👌🏗️
