*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage our construction sites in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and motivate site staff to achieve project goals
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
*Requirements:*
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, building, etc.)
- Site supervision or project management experience
