It affords me great pleasure to write a reference in favour of Honeysett Metal Roofing & Guttering [HMR&G].

I commend the professional approach and outstanding workmanship from Peter Honeysett and his team. The service and communication provided throughout the course of works has been first class.

HMR&G solved a problem that we inherited and did so beyond our expectation.

This job had its challenges because it was a major rework from a previous Roofing Company. It also came with the difficult task of changing over water damaged ceiling ‘Insulation Bats’ which could only be replaced when weather permitted. Then there was the updating of the roof construction to meet current building compliance codes. However, there was always a sensible reaction in all these circumstances along with the underpinning efforts from the HMR&G company staff.
Considering ‘re-work’ is a task most company’s in general do not want to take on. In our case, Peter’s expertise and honesty to overcome our problem were outstanding; Peter was always fair minded in his approach to significant unforeseen issues that arose as the job of rectification progressed - coupled with a fair price.

In addition to all of the above, the re-roofing was further complicated because our Tenant’s business had to remain fully operational throughout the whole rectification and replacement process; HMR&G undertook the additional responsibility to console our Tenant’s past ongoing inconveniences they had experienced with the previous Roofing Company. In part, HMR&G achieved this by building up an excellent rapport with the Tenants Staff, coupled with a level of service and assistance that was managed seamlessly from start to finish.

In closing, I am very grateful to Peter for his patience, professionalism and skill that his company HMR&G has provided. The attention to detail has been exemplary. Peter’s personal dedication went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed within a satisfactory time frame and to “a very high” standard.
I have no hesitation in recommending HMR&G to any potential clients they may have in the future.
