Build a career outdoors with a team that backs each other!

Brocor is looking for 1st & 2nd Year Landscape Construction Apprentices to join our growing teams across Melbourne's Eastern and Western suburbs.

You'll gain hands-on experience in:
✔️ Earthworks & site preparation
✔️ Concreting & paving
✔️ Retaining walls
✔️ Irrigation
✔️ Soft landscaping & planting
✔️ Commercial landscape construction

And you won't be thrown in the deep end.

During your first few weeks, you'll work alongside our dedicated apprenticeship mentor, Matty, who'll help you learn the ropes, build confidence and settle into the team.

🌱 Turning green waste into landscape value.

Chris talks through one of the ways we’re embedding sustainability into our day-to-day operations by repurposing mulch generated from arborist works and returning it to our grounds maintenance sites.

Over the winter months, our teams will be carrying out regular mulch top-ups across the majority of our maintenance portfolio. Not only does this help improve soil health, retain moisture, and suppress weeds, but it also gives valuable organic material a second life.

It’s a practical approach to sustainability that benefits our clients, the landscapes we care for, and the environment.

Matty H has grown with this business and now plays a critical role in how we develop the next generation of landscapers - he is our dedicated Apprenticeship Mentor.
