Steel going in at our Croydon project

Another important stage taking shape as the structural steel is installed, setting up the framework for the next phase of the build.

Plenty happening on site as we continue working through the structure and start to see the extension really come together.

The transformation begins.

Demolition is now underway at our Black Rock project, with Jack and the team carefully preparing the site for the next stage of the build. We take a methodical approach from day one—maintaining a clean, organised site, protecting the parts of the home that remain, and ensuring every step is carried out with care.

We’re looking forward to sharing the journey over the coming months as this home is transformed.

We’re making great progress beneath the surface at our Croydon project, with the subfloor taking shape one piece at a time. Every bearer, joist and connection is carefully set out to create a solid foundation for everything that follows.

There’s a softness in the curves, the tones, and the way light moves through the vertical timber ballustrade — balanced by precise ex*****on and disciplined construction.

Our Blackburn project delivered last year — shaped by precision and a clear design vision from the outset.

From early structure through to final handover, every stage was executed with intent. The discipline embedded into the build remains visible everywhere you look.

It’s a privilege to bring our clients’ visions to life — and a genuine pleasure to build homes that hold meaning.
