Did you know the gap under your pool or spa barrier can only be a maximum of 100mm. A gap larger than this is considered large enough for a child (or a cute dog😆)to access the pool area. Don’t forget to check this before your next inspection 😊🐶

Had the pleasure of touring the houses today & as a of course, I was most interested in the beautiful pools! House 1 was the best followed closely by House 2 👌🏻👏🏻. One house had a non compliant pool gate! 🤫🫣
