The original floor was in very poor condition, but achieving a durable, long-lasting finish wasn’t about simply applying epoxy. It required proper surface preparation, repairing defects, and following the correct installation process before the coating was applied.

Too often, failures like peeling, bubbling and premature wear happen because corners are cut during floor preparation or the installation is rushed.

At AusFloorworks we believe the foundation determines the final result. That’s why we invest the time in doing the preparation right and use experienced installers who understand how to deliver flooring systems that not only look exceptional on day one but continue to perform for years to come.

Every high-end floor starts with a vision, but bringing it to life requires absolute precision. For this project, AusFloorworks went through 2 rounds of custom samples, tweaking the mix, aggregate density, and tone until it perfectly matched our client’s exact requirements.
Once we got the green light on the sample block, the real magic began.
Laying a flawless Terrazzo / Palladiana-style floor isn’t just labor—it’s a craft. From setting the marble mosaic mesh with mathematical precision to pouring the custom concrete skin, grinding, and polishing, every step requires a master’s touch to ensure a completely seamless, high-durability finish. And we smashed it in collaboration with In-line Projects
