Two positions currently available

Trades. is a General building maintenance company with projects across the Greater Melbourne area. The main focus of the company offers building maintenance, Our second division focuses on wide variety of Rope Access services, The company has openings for experienced Rope Access Technicians as well as all rounded maintenance candidates.

The candidates duties include:

• Inspections, installations, coatings, Cladding removal and installation, Glazing, leak investigation, using rope access techniques at heights/confined space environment.

​

• Follow established safety procedures and instructions.

Certifications: Level 1-3 IRATA

Requirements and qualifications:

• Work experience as a Rope Access Technician or maintenance based experience within a variety of environments

• Understanding of rope access methodology, safety and comprehensive knowledge of equipment, rigging, manoeuvres, climbing, hauling and rescue techniques.

• Valid driver’s license.
