Replacement and extension of this old and tired crossover in Mount Waverley. Remember, if your property is on a main arterial road, you not only required a council vehicle crossing permit, but also WWRR permit, Vic Roads MOA and full traffic management plan and implementation. The permit process for this job took over three months to come through.

Unfortunately for this client, their builder went out of business leaving site at a standstill. By installing council crossings and driveways, they have been able to subdivide the plot prior to build recommencing.
