At SECELEC, we believe the relationships we build are just as important as the work we do.
The first time we ever worked for Helena, our apprentice Jack accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. 😅 It definitely wasn’t the first impression we were hoping for!
We owned the mistake, repaired everything properly, and made sure Helena was looked after. Since then, I’ve probably been back to her home half a dozen times for different jobs, and she’s trusted us every single time.
More than that, Helena has become one of our biggest supporters. Every time someone asks for an electrician, CCTV installer or security specialist on Facebook, she’s always there recommending SECELEC. That kind of loyalty means the world to a small business like ours.
Today we wanted to return the favour with a small thank-you basket. It’s only a small gesture, but it’s our way of saying thank you for your trust, your loyalty, and for always backing us.
