Recently completed a project in Mt Martha and myself and the client are both really happy with the result.
Using 38x38mm hardwood battens throughout, this project included double swing gates on one side and a pedestrian gate with matching wing fences on the other.
A lot of time went into getting the battens lined up across the entire project so the gates blend seamlessly into the fence when closed. The goal was for the gates to almost disappear into the fence line, creating one clean, continuous look from end to end.
It’s one of those details most people won’t notice straight away, but it’s what makes the difference between a gate that stands out and one that feels like part of the fence.
Really happy with how this one came together.
