Pan flashings were installed around it so there were no future roof leaks.

Gutters couldn’t cope with the rainfall. (Not enough downpipes on the house)
We cut the grass up to run new storm water drainage and added a new colorbond down pipe.

Client was very happy we managed to save the grass.
