We’re proud to share that Prime is now a recognised NDIS provider, expanding our capability across the aged care, disability care, hospital, and mental health sectors.

This milestone reflects more than accreditation, it represents the ongoing investment in our people. Our technicians are now qualified to operate within live clinical environments, delivering works with the care, awareness, and compliance these sensitive settings demand.

Across South Australia, Victoria and Queensland, we are actively supporting national aged care and retirement living providers, with embedded technicians on sites 2–3 days per week.

This model is proving incredibly effective, not just from a service delivery perspective, but from a human one.

By having consistent, familiar faces on-site, we’re building genuine relationships with residents, staff, and facility managers.

It’s not just about fixing things, it’s about:

Great to bring our leaders together over dinner, taking the time to connect, align and reflect on what we’re building.

It’s been a big couple of months. Our teams across Tasmania, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland are now fully operational, delivering under our self-delivery model across multiple regions.

We’ve also taken meaningful steps forward with the establishment of our Indigenous business, secured new contracts, and most importantly, continued to strengthen our team with high calibre individuals who elevate both our culture and our service delivery.

St Kilda Pride Centre

We’re proud to share the completion of the new perimeter fence at the .

Our team project managed the entire process end to end from architectural design and engineering, through plans and permits, right through to fabrication with our supply partners.

The finished structure stands 2300mm high, featuring exposed steel battens and a perforated steel mesh, all powder coated in a satin black to seamlessly complement the existing façade of the building.

Given the site’s operational needs, the fence was designed to be fully DDA compliant and to meet essential safety and emergency egress requirements, delivering both security and accessibility without compromise.

We’re stoked with the outcome, and even more so to see the client now moving into the approval phase for Stage 2, with other organisations in the area also expressing interest in creating safer, more secure sites for their operations.

A great result for a meaningful community space.

Happy New Year and welcome to 2026.

We trust everyone who took time away over the holidays enjoyed a safe, well deserved break with family and friends and is refreshed for a big year ahead.

We are now fully operational from Head Office, with our Fitout team already commenced and our Estimating, Business Development, and Operations teams working centrally to support delivery.

We enter 2026 with a healthy pipeline of projects already kicking off and are pleased to welcome several new clients as we commence service delivery. We also welcome back clients who have come full cycle and returned as part of our regular FM portfolio.

In parallel, we have commenced new procurement strategies, working directly with manufacturers to streamline supply, reduce lead times, and improve turnaround particularly for products historically sourced through intermediaries and manufactured offshore.

This momentum sets the footprint for what is shaping up to be another successful year as we head into our fifth year of operation.

We look forward to what’s ahead.

Prime Maintenance has a new home….

Welcome to Our New Home in Collingwood!

We’re excited to announce that Prime Maintenance has officially moved into our new office at 74 Islington Street, Collingwood.

The Punt Road frontage allows for a central location, strengthening our ability to service our clients, enhance accessibility, and streamline the way our teams collaborate across projects, estimating, and delivery.

Our new premises represents more than just a change of address, it marks the next evolution of our business.

The space has been thoughtfully purchased to support a more connected and efficient delivery model, enabling us to respond faster, work smarter, and continue providing the high-quality outcomes our clients expect.

Looking ahead, this office will also serve as a concept centre for future Fitout and Design & Construct projects.

We’re developing the space as a hands-on environment where clients can engage directly with materials, layouts, and sustainable design solutions. It will act as a collaborative hub for innovation, particularly in sustainable development within the facilities industry, an area where we’re committed to leading meaningful change.

Most importantly, the new workspace has been built to be interactive, functional, and client-focused. Whether it’s design workshops, project reviews, or exploring new concepts, we’re creating a place where ideas can come to life in real time.

On Friday morning, our team responded to a high-priority job after a delivery truck clipped an awning along a busy street.

From there, we engaged with Bayside City Council to obtain the necessary permits and immediately began making the site safe — securing both the path and the awning to ensure public safety ahead of the long weekend in Melbourne.

Our team isolated electrical components, installed hoarding, propped the awning from underneath, and worked closely with the council to develop a detailed site management plan.

We’ve now returned to site today with a structural engineer to assess the damage and determine the scope of rectification works moving forward.
