Massive renovation in progress of a dilapidated sixpack, block of 1960/70's flats. The existing building remaining within has been in the same family for four generations and now extends up to four levels with six house size apartments.

This amazing wine cellar took one day to construct within leftover basement space of our Argyle project which has now been transformed with thanks to Paul from Cellar Smart. The space was constructed in 2013, primarily to house ~45,000 litres of rainwater in four Kingspan Water & Energy tanks and is now supplemented by storage for ~500 wine bottles plus shelves for preserves and display of artefacts excavated during basement construction. Stair-ladder and steelwork thanks to Star Aluminium and Genis Steel.
