Hi, I’m Ed. 👋

My name is Eduardo Enrique, but most people know me as Ed.

I’m the Founder & Director of Eden Building & Landscaping.

I moved to Australia over 15 years ago with a dream to start a new beginning.

In 2017, I founded Eden Building & Landscaping with a clear vision—to offer more than just building and landscaping services. I wanted to create a company known for quality craftsmanship, honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for every client.

To create functional, beautiful, and long-lasting outdoor spaces while building lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

A Few Fun Facts About Me

🌱 Born in Cuba.

🇦🇺 Proud to call Australia home for over 15 years.

🔨 I started my career as a carpentry apprentice before specialising in landscaping and construction. I worked as an operator excavator in the mines for 2 years.

🌳 One of my newest hobbies is tree climbing.

🏍️ I love adrenaline and spent years riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes.

📚 I’m passionate about leadership, business, and personal development.

🍽️ I never say no to a great meal.

✝️ My faith in God guides both my life and the way I lead my business.

👨‍👦 My family is my greatest motivation.

Exhibiting today at Urban Futures Studio at the Melbourne School of Design



This exhibition presents the exploratory work of students in the Urban Futures Studio at the Melbourne School of Design, investigating the trajectories, flows, and frictions between human and non-human agents within the contested spaces beneath power line corridors.

Building on the Connected Corridors Project, the projects on display propose new strategies, frameworks, guidelines, and modes of engagement that reimagine possible futures for these underutilised and often overlooked landscapes.

Through speculative methods, ecological thinking, and spatial experimentation, the exhibition reconsiders the value of infrastructure corridors as connective landscapes — spaces that can reconnect people with nature, invite biodiversity to flourish, and weave communities back together through shared ecological futures.
