This job in hallam was very interesting, 2 roofs meeting into 1 quad gutter is a recipe for disaster.
So we come up with a solution for a poor builder that leaked. We flashed up the areas of concern and flood tested our works. We passed the test and client was happy. Took a few tradies but he found us and we solved his issue. (PS we peeled the stickers off ) For the inspectors out there 😉👍

Our client in watsonia was having some leaks so we diagnosed and came up with the best option.
To prevent further leaks occurring we installed a safe tray in the eaves space with outlet and overflow, we also added some additional flashing's for extra protection. RLM PLUMBING ROOF MAINTENANCE 0430759477
