TCON is looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team and projects. Our current projects range from $1 - $3million, are all architecturally designed and range from mostly large renovations to custom new builds.

- Minimum 5 years construction experience (post qualification)
- Inner Eastern suburbs (Melbourne)
- Experience managing detailed high-end Architectural builds
- Ability to lead, manage & problem solve issues with Architects, Engineers & Site Supervisors
- Must be punctual, self-motivated and have the ability to teach others
- Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and local authorities
