The time has arrived for us to fit our Hebel boundary wall into position.
We couldn’t muscle this ourselves so the crane boys stepped in with no hiccups.
Some planning of rendering, termite and sparky alongside a neat little set up with some steel flat bar had this beast into position.

It’s amusing to uncover what’s behind, under or above older buildings and sometimes it’s not. Contradiction? Yep 😆
, myself(not much) along with Alex the architectural plumber have been getting down and dirty hand digging the footings and as an unforeseen. A sewer line trench back to the main line. You’ll see in the photos that some ways people do things can stump you 🤨
The kitchen waste we wanted to run new branches off was in 65mm which is ok, although we are connecting waste for an above bathroom and 100mm is necessary. The builders who did this 20-25 years ago skimped on running the 100mm sewer an extra 2 metres which has now meant extra work to get back to the required size.
