Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work, a timely reminder of the importance of creating workplaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to speak up.

At Innova, safety is built through everyday actions and meaningful conversations. To the end of March, our teams completed 1,603 safety observations and conversations over the past 12 months, compared to 1,194 in the previous 12‑month period.

This represents a 34% increase and reflects a strong and growing commitment to actively engaging in safety across our business.

These conversations play a vital role in identifying risks early, reinforcing safe behaviours, and strengthening our safety culture.

Thank you to everyone who continues to contribute, look out for their colleagues, and make safety a shared responsibility.

Sometimes the best design outcomes come from a well-considered pivot ✨

This project by is a great example of how material selection can balance cost, performance and a clean architectural finish.

The final result using Stratum delivers strong thermal performance while maintaining the crisp, linear aesthetic the design called for, AND helped the project stay on budget.

We’re so grateful to have been able to see the beautiful Mitcham home in person, it is so much more grand upfront and personal. Thank you again to Mitch and Corinne for having us.
