• Rectification of water ingress impacting basement structure
• Concrete structural remediation
• Facade structural works
• Removal & replacement of non-compliant ACP

We’re well underway on the new extension for the Church of Epiphany.

The steel structure is now complete, external framing and cladding are progressing, and the project is starting to take real shape. 🏗️

This new space will provide a modern and functional environment for the church community — designed to last and built with care.

Talford St, Doncaster – Nearing Handover

We’re into the final week of this challenging remediation project in Doncaster.

The scope included a full reclad — EPS replaced with Hebel, ACP swapped for solid aluminium — plus complete balcony remediation and extensive roof repairs to address long-term water ingress.

This one came with a building order for combustible cladding and plenty of logistical challenges along the way, but the team pulled through.

Massive thanks to the residents for their patience and cooperation over the past 12 months — and a big shoutout to the contractors for their commitment and effort throughout. Also thanks to PASG Projects and MBCB for helping keep things on track.

Project Completion – Cladding & Remediation Works
Etna St, Glen Huntly

Another one delivered — and ahead of schedule.

This multi-level residential building is now fully compliant and looking sharp, with:
• All combustible EPS cladding removed
• 9 failed balconies structurally rectified
• A fresh, compliant Hebel render system installed

All completed in a live environment with minimal disruption to residents.
