Poor Robyn our lovely client put her foot through the old deck while hanging out the washing. 😩
Fortunately she wasn’t injured! 😊

Before and after!
A lot of soil had to be excavated before stumps were set.
The centre veranda post removed and beam put in.
Bitumen paint was added to stumps, bearers and joists for longevity.
A gentle slopping ramp.
2500 pre drilled screws to finish it all off.
Now ready for an oil and decades worth of entertaining.
