Before and after.

Building this decking was a easy and cost effective way to extend this outdoor entertaining area, giving our client a much more spacious area for entertaining!

And to make sure it all stayed under cover, we pulled down the old existing pergola, and extended it out with the decking!

We have been a bit quite on our socials lately, and the reason being is not lack of work!

We completed stage 1 of a 3 stage job in berwick, laying some greystone eco deck at the front entrance.

We extended a backyard decking, removed the existing flat roof pergola and replaced it with a pitched roof. (Finished photos coming soon)

We removed a pool fence that separated the carport and backyard, replacing it with a timber pailing fence and gate giving privacy and security.

We spent 3 days at kambrya Secondary College ripping down the library internal walls, getting it ready to update and remodel.

The removal of this old decked platform and stairs was a job that much needed doing.

And although the frame was almost completely rotted out, there were still some salvageable decking boards that our client requested we use, ultimately saving money!!
And with a good sanding back, a couple of days in the sun and a fresh coat of stain, that colour difference will vanish!

Re designed and upgraded!
Our client came to us wanting an upgrade on the back deck at their holiday house in phillip Island.

Removal of the old shade sail, raising the deck level, continuing the balustrade through, make for a continuous flowing feel, then to finish it off with a roofless pergola with shaped rafter ends.

We had fun building this one, and our client couldn't be happier.

Curb appeal is something that is really important to alot of home owners, especially this one!

We are super happy with how this facelift came up.
With 3 simple steps, we were able to bring the front of the house alive again.

1.Remove tree that was too close to the house, causing gutter blockages and blocking alot of light coming inside.

2. Pack & Paint brick work.

3. Create a proper entrance into the house, with the original brick steps up to the front door, there was no space to open the door comfortably, nowhere for guests to leave there shoes but most importantly it was unsafe, having no balustrade (hand rail) is a serious safety issue that has now been solved.

And now for step 4. The Landscaping, stay tuned
