What an incredible finish by our team on this home in Keilor. We removed an internal wall to create open living to this beautiful area. External windows and doors removed and cladded with new weather boards. New opening formed to lead to pool room and hall way. Electrical box was framed around and added a clean access hatch. New cupboard framed and installed. New plasterboard direct stuck to all these brick walls. New floorboards through out and the finish to the kitchen is all I can say is WOW!!

Client couldn’t be happy with the finish and this has simply come up amazing.

This client was in need of some more space for their growing family so we fitted out there garage for them. New internal walls with HD acoustic insulation and soundcheck to the walls. New power points through out, ceiling fan and a led skylight installed. A paint job to follow and then the final touch of the Blackbutt 12mm hybrid flooring and skirting.

We stripped out both bedroom at this property back to timber. There was lots of termite damage to the walls so we replaced about 25 timber studs. Out with the old robe and carpet also. Insulation and sarking added to external walls. New plaster to walls and ceilings along with new ornamental cornices. New doors and architraves. Rejuvenation Of the floor boards a nice paint job to both bedrooms.

This double Garage has been converted into another living area.

We battened the walls out and finished around the windows with plaster reveals. A laser levelled ceiling and the whole room re plastered. We cut A pe*******on into the bricks and installed a custom exit door. Skirtings and arch’s to finish off the room. Another job well done by the team.
