Is looking for a warehouse manager for an immediate start required.

We are based in Thomastown and offer plumbing service across Melbourne.
The successful applicant will be required to Key Responsibilities:
• Receipt goods ordered against supplier’s delivery paperwork
• Open/ Closing the factory daily and ensure stock is ready for the tradesman..
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods are purchased at the best price
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and updating system in simPRO
• Price checking supplier invoices
• Loading and unloading utes/trucks
• Put away stock and manage stock levels
• Picking stock for plumbers for the next day
• Stocktake
• Keep the factory clean and tidy
• Dismantle gas appliances
• Rubbish removal from factory
• Picking up stock using company ute/truck

Applicants must be well presented and have good communication skills. You will need to be available to work 38 hours per week and be available for them hours between the hours of 6am – 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday as required also be available for some overtime when required. Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Worked with plumbers or a plumbing supplier company
• A current Forklift license is required
• Full car license manual
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Computer/Microsoft Office skills

This position would suit an experienced plumber looking to get off the tools!!!!!!!

An opportunity for a Plumbing/Estimator to join our team has arisen due to recent company growth. The ideal candidate will have a plumbing background or will possess the relevant knowledge and skills of the plumbing trade. Full time hours. This position would suit an experienced plumber looking to get off the tools.

Your duties would include:
• Assisting the Directors and Supervisor with the organisation of residential and commercial quoting
• Preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial project quotations
• Determine material, labour and machine requirements for jobs
• Identifying labour and material costs, production times, etc.
• Offer design inputs and understanding plumbing design standards
• Input data in computer system, complete costings and prepare system quotes
• Process purchase orders for materials
• General office tasks including data entry, liaising with suppliers, completing WHS paperwork (including SWMS)
• Coordinate with office team members
• Maintain client relationships

Essential Criteria:
- Maintenance plumbing Estimating/Scheduling experience – especially with residential maintenance experience.

Desired Criteria:
- Knowledge of simPRO software system
- Must be presentable, polite, and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment, but trusted to also work independently and unsupervised

I’m looking for 2x plumbing sub-contractors to assist our plumbing business with emergency call outs from 4pm Monday to Friday and also on weekends. We cover from Mickelham down to Kensington for RACV.
Looking for any plumbing contractor who is willing to do a minimum of 1 weekend and three week days a month. We pay per call out.
The jobs consist of minor plumbing issues such as a leaking tap, leaking toilet blocked pipes ect....
