Network Melbourne Services held another effective, beneficial, productive & valuable Toolbox Meeting Today.
We had a group discussion that focused on particular safety issues. These tools can be used daily to promote department safety culture as well to facilitate health & safety discussions on job sites.
We ensured that all employees participated and engaged Toolbox talk and bring to the table any concerns, question or uncertainties that they may have. This ensured an effective Toolbox talk for employees & the employer.
We discussed each of our job sites & how they were progressing.
We discussed; Knowing and understanding the material delivery importance, thus ensuring good and on time delivery to job sites.
After the meeting was over, the boys kicked back and caught up with each other to have a chat over lunch and a few drinks 🥤
