It's always exciting to be involved in projects that are truly pushing the boundaries of design, and this Toorak residence is no exception.

Owner-builder Michael is creating something spectacular, and we're fortunate to be part of the team helping bring his vision to life.

Our installers are currently onsite completing the stunning Blackbutt timber cladding, with no detail overlooked. Even the eaves are receiving the same premium treatment, creating a seamless and high-end finish throughout the home.

We're also preparing for the next stage, with base coat render works coming up shortly. Everything is progressing smoothly, and we can't wait to see this incredible project continue to take shape.

KEW PROJECT UPDATE | Construct Melbourne

More progress on our Kew project with Construct Melbourne, and this one is really starting to come together.

The fence is taking shape nicely, with mouldings now installed (including some extra ones for the home!) and only a few areas of base coat touch-ups remaining before we move into the texture stage.

We're optimistic this one will be completed within the next week, and we can't wait to see the finished result. The goal has always been to ensure the fence complements the stunning home behind it, creating a finish that matches the quality and attention to detail throughout the entire project.

Great work by the team onsite keeping this one moving forward. 👏

We’re back onsite with Entire Design and Construction, and it’s great to be working with Salar and his team again as they bring their next project to life.

Our installers are straight into it, with Mark at the helm keeping things moving. Top hats are going on now, with Gravis by to follow.

We’re excited to be launching their new ACC product on this project — an exciting shift in the market and something we’re proud to be part of.

Kew Project Update 🏡

Our team continues to make great progress on this long-standing project for Construct Melbourne in Kew.

We're currently turning our attention to the fence works, with rendering underway and decorative mouldings to follow. While fences can sometimes be overlooked, they play a huge role in the overall presentation of a home, and this one is no exception.

The fence needs to complement the high-end aesthetic of the beautiful home taking shape behind it, and our team is focused on ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless and quality finish.

We're looking forward to bringing this element together and seeing the final result enhance an already impressive project.

North Fitzroy Project Update 🏗️

Great progress continues at our North Fitzroy project for Topp Constructions.

This one is moving along exceptionally well, with the installation progressing at a strong pace while maintaining the quality standards we pride ourselves on. Good installers know that speed means nothing without quality, and this project is a great example of achieving both.

A big shout out to Hamish for his hard work onsite and commitment to delivering a high-quality finish. Credit also to Mark, who continues to supervise the project and ensure every stage meets the standard expected of the TCC team.

We're proud of how this one is taking shape and look forward to seeing it continue to come together. Hopefully the team at Topp Constructions are just as pleased with the progress as we are!

Bonbeach Project Complete ✔️

Another coastal transformation finished by the TCC team! A stunning before and after to enjoy!

These units have been given a much-needed facelift with a fresh Unitex render system and a professionally painted finish, creating a clean, modern look while giving owners the opportunity to customise and refresh their homes.

We're excited to see the difference this upgrade has made to the complex and hope the remaining units jump on board to continue the transformation across the entire development.

A fantastic result achieved through great teamwork and attention to detail from everyone involved.

📍 Dromana Project | Vatt Construction
This one is absolutely flying along! 👏

The first-floor texture is now complete, and we're ready to move into the painting stage. Seeing the project continue to take shape is always rewarding, especially when every layer brings us closer to the finished result.
The seaside weather in Dromana has certainly been reminding us that winter is here, with cold temperatures and challenging conditions at times. But as always, our teams have stayed steady, worked with the weather, and kept quality front and centre every step of the way.

We're incredibly proud of the progress so far and the effort our crew continues to put in to keep this project moving safely, efficiently, and to the standard we're known for.

From slabs to serious progress in just a few short months 👏🏼

Our Brighton project with Lorden Vella is powering ahead, and it’s a true reflection of what happens when experienced teams come together with a shared goal and a clear timeline.

At Total Clad & Coat, we pride ourselves on working in line with our builders’ schedules and site requirements — keeping momentum strong while maintaining the quality we’re known for.

Jonsey is doing an amazing job supervising this one, coordinating closely with the site team and ensuring each stage is attended to as efficiently and smoothly as possible to keep this stellar build moving forward.

We’re currently working through:
▫️ Hebel base coat to the ground floor
▫️ Easylap installation to lift shafts
▫️ Green light received for texture render works 👌🏼

Watching projects transform this quickly never gets old — and this Brighton build is shaping up to be something special.

Big things are happening in Fairfield for the team at Total Clad & Coat 👏🏼

Our project alongside RPD Partners is moving along beautifully, with quality remaining front and centre every step of the way.

The Hebel installation is complete and we’re now around 80% through the render base coat stage — with the team focusing on the finer details and perfecting the finish as we go.

At TCC, we know that great results come from strong supervision, communication and consistency onsite, and Mark is doing exactly that — working closely with the RPD team to keep this project moving efficiently and on track for another standout result.

When projects are in the hands of the TCC team, quality is never negotiable 👌🏼

The TCC team is off and flying on our latest project alongside the team at RPD Partners 🚧👏🏼

We are moving at a solid pace in line with the RPD team and the demands of this build, with wall wrap now complete and the next stage officially underway — battening the walls in preparation for Hebel installation.

At Total Clad & Coat, we know quality starts long before the final finish. The detail begins from the very first product laid onto those walls, and every stage is monitored closely to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients and builder partners.

Mark was onsite overseeing progress and ensuring the standard is set early — because a quality finish always starts with quality preparation 👌🏼

This one is already taking shape quickly and we are excited to keep the momentum rolling!
