A HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING BACKGROUND IS PREFERED WITH KNOWLEDGE OF DOMESTIC HEATING , COOLING AND AIRCONDITIONING EQUIPMENT , A CURRENT MANUAL VEHICLE DRIVERS LICENCE INCLUDING A LICENCE TO OPERATE A FORKLIFT IS REQUIRED .


THE DAILY DUTIES CONSIST OF :

BASIC CO- ORDINATING WITH INSTALLERS , LOADING OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDING COMPONENTRY READY FOR INSTALLATIONS , ACCEPTING DELIVERIES OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDING COMPONENTRY , UNDERSTANDING OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDING COMPONENTRY RELATIVE TO DOMESTIC HEATING , COOLING AND AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEMS , WAREHOUSE STOCK CONTROL , ORDERING BASIC COMPONENTRY FROM SUPPLIERS , PICKING UP BASIC GOODS FROM LOCAL SUPPLIERS ( if required ) , DELIVERING OF GOODS TO SITE ( if required ) , NOTING OF BASIC INFORMATION OF EQUIPMENT BEING INSTALLED ( eg : serial numbers of equipment ) , ABLE TO READ JOB SHEETS INCLUDING BASIC MATERIAL LISTS .

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE PAID A $55,000.00 PER ANNUM SALARY , BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY – FRIDAY 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM , RECIEVE ALL EMPLOYEES ENTITLEMENTS SUCH AS , ONE ( RDO ) ROSTER DAY OFF PER MONTH , SUPERANNUATION PAID ABOVE THE $55,000.00 SALARY , SICK LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS , WORK COVER ENTITLEMENTS , 4 WEEKS PER YEAR HOLIDAY / PAID ENTITLEMENTS , BE SUPPLIED A COMPANY VEHICLE TO ALSO USE WITHIN THEIR PERSONAL TIME , BE SUPPLIED A FUEL CARD AND COMPANY MOBILE PHONE .

We are keen to interview persons to install Domestic Heating and Cooling Systems on a SUB CONTRACT BASIS .

# The applicant MUST hold a valid Plumbing Industry Commission ( VBA ) LICENCE and be Fully Licenced to connect to Cold Water Pipework , Natural Gas Pipework , Duct Fixing and able to work on roofs WITH A VALID LICENCE IN ROOFING ALSO.

applicant will be guaranteed a minimum $156,000.00 worth of invoiced work Per Annum. IF THE APPLICANT IS CAPABLE TO TAKE ON EXTRA WORK THE MINIMUM FIGURE OF $156,000.00 CAN EASILY BE DOUBLED TO $300,000.00 PER ANNUM DEPENDANT ON THE SIZE OF THEIR TEAM.


# The applicant must have their own Vehicle and Tools relative to installing Domestic Heating and Cooling Systems , a Mobile Phone and willing to pick up materials from our headquarters in Campbellfield on a daily basis .( UNLESS OTHER WISE NEGOTIATED WITH THE APPLICANT)


# The applicant must be accompanied with an assistant to assist in their daily duties unless the applicant can perform the daily tasks without an assistant .

# THE APPLICANT MUST BE CAPABLE TO INSTALL GAS DUCTED HEATING , EVAPORATIVE COOLING AND DUCTED REFRIGERATED AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEMS USING BRANDS SUCH AS BRIVIS ,BRAEMAR , BONAIRE , ACTRON , MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC , FUJITSU , TOSHIBA AND PANASONIC .

# THE APPLICANT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE HYDRONIC HEATING INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE .

# THE APPLICANT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLING , CONNECTING REFRIGERATION PIPEWORK OR RE GASSING OF REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT RELATIVE TO HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS

We are keen to interview persons who are willing to work on a FULL TIME BASIS as an employee . The successful applicant will be paid a $80,000 Salary Per Annum including all entitlements such as 38 Hour Week , One RDO Per Month , Paid Overtime should they work outside the set daily hours OF MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7:30AM TO 4:30PM , Superannuation Paid above the $ 80,000 SALARY PACKAGE , Sick Leave entitlements , Work Cover entitlements , 4 Weeks Per Year Holiday Pay entitlements including bonuses paid on a weekly basis .The successful applicant will be supplied a Company Van , Fuel Card and Company Mobile Phone .



The applicant must have successfully completed a Plumbing and Gas fitting or Mechanical Services Apprenticeship and have knowledge of previously Installing domestic Gas Ducted Heating Systems, Evaporative Cooling Systems and Ducted Refrigerated Air-conditioning Systems .



# The successful applicant will work alongside apprentices provided by us as a team of two persons at times three persons to complete the daily set tasks with ease .


# The successful applicant must be either Fully Licenced or Registered with the Plumbing Industry Commission (VBA) and able to connect Cold Water Pipework , Natural Gas Pipework , Duct Fixing and Flashing on Roofs , Able to perform installations of Domestic Heating and Cooling Installations with ease .

# THE APPLICANT WILL ONLY NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN HAND TOOLS .

APPLICANT WILL BE PROVIDED ALL POWER TOOLS ETC .

APPLICANT DOES NOT REQUIRE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLING HYDRONIC HEATING SYSTEMS .

# THE APPLICANT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLING OR CONNECTING REFRIGERATION PIPEWORK OR RE GASSING OF REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT RELATIVE TO HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS INSTALLATIONS
