I've been thinking a lot about legacy lately.

Not success. Not revenue. Legacy.

How are you giving back?

What impact are you making outside of your business?

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work with incredible business owners, builders, and leaders. But one thing I’ve noticed is this:

The people who feel the most fulfilled are usually the ones contributing to something bigger than themselves.

For me, that’s coaching, mentoring, supporting industry panels, serving on committees, and helping raise funds for underprivileged kids through The Big School Walk in the Philippines.

A lot of it is thankless.
A lot of it happens quietly.
And honestly, that’s the point.
