We’re currently on-site at Town Hall Station as part of the Metro Tunnels project, carrying out electrical rough-in works for our client,
At this stage of the project, our team is installing Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cabling throughout the site. LSZH cabling is a critical requirement in enclosed transit environments like metro tunnels and stations, designed to minimise the release of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire — ensuring the safety of both workers and the public.
This walkthrough gives you a look at the progress our crew has made during the rough-in phase, laying the groundwork for all electrical systems that will follow.
A great project to be part of, and we’re proud to be contributing to such a significant piece of infrastructure for the city.
Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses.
