And we’re off !!
We’re thrilled to be commencing works in Q1 2026 on 570 Little Bourke Street, in partnership with Hickory.
The project will deliver high-quality student accommodation comprising 892 student beds across studio and cluster apartment configurations with communal indoor and outdoor spaces, including retail spaces.

Designed to balance design excellence and student amenity, the development aims to set a strong benchmark for contemporary student living in the CBD.

We look forward to bringing this project to life and building another strong relationship with one of Melbournes top Builders.
