Recently completed workplace refurbishment for Kantar.

This project involved reconfiguring an existing commercial tenancy into a more functional and efficient workspace, including new meeting areas, revised workstation layouts, equipment rooms and upgraded finishes throughout.

The works required careful coordination within an existing operational environment, while also maximising reuse of existing workstations, services and infrastructure.

A big thank you to Margaret and the wider Kantar team for their collaboration and involvement throughout the project. Great outcome delivered through strong teamwork across all parties.

Recently completed a refresh of an existing medical consulting suite in East Melbourne to prepare the space for a new tenant.

Novi originally delivered the fit-out of this suite several years ago and was recently engaged again to undertake alteration works ahead of re-occupation.

Scope included flooring replacement, repainting, services checks and general upgrades to ensure the suite was ready for handover.

Much of our work in medical environments is not just new fit-outs, but supporting existing tenancies through change of occupancy and ongoing upgrades.

It’s always satisfying to return to a project years later and see it continue to perform well — and to support clients through the next phase of occupancy.
