Just wrapped up another asbestos removal job in Ringwood.

We safely removed asbestos from the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and laundry areas, including splashbacks and vinyl flooring. All works were completed under controlled conditions using wet methods to minimise dust and fibre release, with full compliance to WorkSafe Victoria requirements.

West Footscray Asbestos Removal Complete

We recently completed licensed asbestos removal works across two large warehouse buildings in Richmond VIC as part of a major commercial redevelopment program.
Our scope covered the safe removal and disposal of asbestos roof sheeting, internal ceiling linings, floor tiles, window mastic, bulkheads and asbestos containing box gutter materials. The works were staged and carefully coordinated within an active redevelopment environment, requiring detailed planning, clear communication with other trades and strict control of all asbestos work zones.
To manage risk and maintain compliance, we established compliant exclusion zones, installed asbestos warning signage and implemented controlled wet removal methods to minimise airborne fibre release. All materials were carefully handled to prevent breakage, double wrapped, labelled and removed from site by a licensed transporter for disposal at an EPA approved facility.

Full asbestos removal completed safely and by the book.
We recently removed fake brick asbestos cladding around a residential property, along with optional removal of asbestos eaves, porch ceiling and garage ceiling.
All materials were carefully wetted down, removed in full sections where possible, wrapped and labelled correctly, and transported using an EPA licensed waste carrier. WorkSafe Class B notification was lodged prior to works and a full site specific SWMS and control plan was in place.

Another external asbestos removal project completed in Kew.

The client was understandably concerned about asbestos around the porch and eaves areas, so we took the time to explain the process, plan the works properly, and carry everything out externally to keep the home protected at all times.

All asbestos cement sheeting was removed using compliant methods, safely lowered to ground level, and disposed of at an EPA licensed facility. Clear communication and careful planning made all the difference on this one.

Asbestos sampling and testing completed at a residential property in Altona, Melbourne as part of insurance assessment works. Targeted sampling was undertaken across multiple building materials to support accurate risk identification, reporting, and informed decision making.

All works were carried out in accordance with Victorian regulations, with samples submitted to a NATA accredited laboratory and formal documentation provided for insurance and compliance records.

Big day at our yard assisting with asbestos testing for 51 fire rated doors.

A full containment enclosure was built from the ground up, including airtight bubble setup, negative air pressure, HEPA filtration, controlled entry points, and decontamination procedures. An independent hygienist attended site to carry out the testing under strict controls.

This type of work takes planning, experience, and the right setup to make sure everything is done safely and correctly.

Asbestos removal works completed at Moe Primary School, Elizabeth Street, Moe.
Our team carried out asbestos removal works limited to Block A,in line with the asbestos register and Division 6 assessment. The scope included removal of asbestos containing fibre cement materials, removal of asbestos mastic from windows and eaves within the nominated areas, subfloor surface cleaning, and a full clean of all affected work areas on completion.
All works were completed in a controlled and compliant manner, with asbestos materials removed and disposed of correctly and EPA waste documentation provided.

Asbestos testing matters more than people realise.

We’re currently involved in works on a Melbourne site where materials were disturbed before any asbestos sampling was completed. Once testing was carried out, the results came back positive.

This is a common issue across Victoria. Many older building materials can contain asbestos even when they look safe. Without testing, workers and occupants can be exposed without knowing.

Test first. Plan properly. Use licensed contractors.

Big job wrapped up in the Gladstone Park area this week 💪

Our crew removed asbestos cement sheeting from two busy plant rooms at a large education facility, keeping services protected while bringing everything back to a safe, compliant standard ready for the next stage of works.

Preston asbestos clean up this week. We were called in after a demolition company left visible asbestos fragments scattered through long grass. When we arrived the grass was too high to safely see what we were working with, so we carefully cut it back first without disturbing any asbestos.

Once the grass was down, we bird picked the entire area by hand and removed all visible asbestos so the site could pass clearance and be safe to use again. If your demolition site still has suspicious fragments in the grass or garden beds, get in touch and we can come in, clean the area properly and work with your hygienist so the site is ready for clearance.
