Another quality renovation completed by JMT Construction—our third apartment on Kavanagh Street.

This project involved a full apartment strip-out, including a complete bathroom and kitchen renovation, finished with custom cabinetry, premium stone benchtops, and high-end finishes throughout.

Apartment renovations come with their own challenges—restricted parking, lift bookings, delivery coordination, and tight access—but with careful planning and communication, the project was delivered seamlessly.
