👋 Starting a new job can be a little daunting.

New faces. New systems. New ways of working.

At NPS, we want people to feel part of the team from day one.

Over the past 12 months, more than 160 people across VIC, NSW and QLD have joined us through the NPS Draft, meeting colleagues, learning about our safety culture and building connections that help them settle in faster.

Today, we're welcoming another group of new starters in Melbourne and celebrating one year of helping people feel at home at NPS.

Our fantastic apprentice program supports young people looking for a career in plumbing!

We are so happy to have you on board and can’t wait to see all the great things you will achieve at NPS!

Congratulations, Emily!

We are thrilled to congratulate Emily on commencing her School-Based Apprenticeship (SBAT) in Plumbing with New Plumbing Solutions!

Emily’s SBAT provides an exciting opportunity to continue her secondary schooling through the VCE Vocational Major (VCE-VM) program while simultaneously undertaking a Certificate II in Plumbing. Alongside her studies, Emily will be developing valuable practical skills and applying her learning as a 1st Year Apprentice in a real-world industry setting.

This is a fantastic pathway that combines education, nationally recognised training and hands-on industry experience, giving Emily the opportunity to build her skills, confidence and understanding of the plumbing industry while still completing her secondary education.

Congratulations, Emily! We wish you every success as you begin this exciting next chapter!
