NO HOT WATER?

We’ve received several calls this morning from customers in the area reporting no hot water. While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, this may be due to a possible Ergon-related issue.

If you're experiencing the same, here are a few things you can check:

Look for any visible leaks near your hot water system.

Check if hot water is coming out of the relief valve.

If everything looks fine, it's likely an electrical issue — and may not need an electrician to resolve.

We’ll post an update once more information becomes available. Feel free to call if you're unsure — we're here to help!

One of our customers has let us know that an electrician attended, he bridged the issue and has confirmed it's an ergon issue, I would recommend you call an electrician and hopefully they can bill ergon for the required service

We want to bring to your attention a scam that has recently come to light. Weve had a Scammer hack customers email accounts and bank details, paying invoices on behalf of customers, and then sending follow-up messages requesting the amount to be refunded to the scammers bank account.

If you receive a message from a customer requesting a refund or payment, please exercise caution and verify the request by directly contacting the customer via a trusted phone number or other secure method before taking any action.

Protecting your business and finances is crucial, and a simple confirmation can help prevent falling victim to these scams.

Thankfully we were vigilant and followed this advice and we will be able to assist our customer in getting their money back.

Hi all, as a lot of you know we made some changes to our business this year, with no staff we found we could not keep up with the work required and have some family time,
so we made the call to complete small works only, taps and toilet repairs, hot water system repairs, and replacements and blocked drains - the main aspects of maintenance plumbing.

Over the years we have had a number of inquiries on what solutions there are for water quality as we all know Toowoomba water is very harsh, so after some research, I have come across a potential solution.
I'm looking for a few willing households to take part in a trial for a Magnetic Water Conditioner to treat their water supply as I would like to see these in action over a number of households to get real feedback from my customers.

We will be purchasing 5 of these magnets and have already had 3 households willing to commit to this trial.
After this 4-month trial If you have not noticed a difference we will simply disconnect the device at no extra cost to you, however, if you have noticed a difference and are happy with the outcome you may opt to purchase the device.

Cost for the Magnetic Water condition after your 4month trial would be $540 for 20 mm pipework or $660 for 25mm pipework including installation. However, some properties may require additional pipework for the initial installation this would come at a cost that would be quoted prior to installation.

This Magnetic Water conditioner has been designed to Demagnetise heavy metals which means
• It helps in the reduction of white streaks on shower screens
• Improves performance of washing powder
