Made this 20ft container home with a bit of help from the kids, fully insulated with aluminium sliding door and wind out window, oak polyurethaned floor boards, Caesar stone table, 8 double power points, fully enclosed shower, toilet, kitchenette and reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Restored this Delapitated 90 year old corrugated iron roof, pulled out approx 500 galvanised nails and replaced with tec screws, put rust converter on the rusty bits, undercoated and then sprayed dulux roof and trim in woodland grey and come up like new so much so that when the solar installers came to install the solar panels they thought it was a brand new Colorbond roof according to the satellite images

This was a caravan that I recently renovated, it was mice infested and had a hole in every wall but structurally sound, so I relined with 9mm and 4 mm marine ply, built a queen bed with storage underneath, a stainless steel splashback and range hood, a removable table, roller blinds, a polyurethaned marine ply floor and a 3.9 kw reverse cycle airconditioner and come up a treat.

This was the side wall with before and after photos, not any maintenance for along time, but the oak weatherboards stripped back and looked brand new once painted but the old window was to far gone so a new aluminium one was put in.

I bought this house back in August 2018 and worked on it for 6 months straight, they called it the termite house because it had multiple infestations which were eradicated but damage was very evident over its 90 plus year old age being built in 1929, it was certainly very satisfying bringing this building back to life and then I was able to get council approval to convert it to a class B building allowing me to house up to 10 backpackers at a time which I do from the 1st of January to first week of June, the rest of the year I have to myself and over the past 5 years have had about 70 differant people stay from all over the world, the majority from Nepal but also South Africa, France, India, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Cambodia, Malaysia, Israel and Iran.
