MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS RE COVID-19

To all our valued customers, Firstly, we would like to thank you for your continued support, and we would like to advise you of the precautions we’re taking to address the current COVID-19 situation.
We’re closely monitoring all available information and regular updates provided by the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) in relation to the current Pandemic. We are using this information to develop strategies that prioritise the safety of our customers and our family.
What we’re doing: We will not come to work if we are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. We practice safe hand washing procedures to protect both customers and ourselves. We use hand sanitiser on arrival and departure. Making sure it is always available in our vehicles and at home. We’re encouraging the use of online payments wherever possible to limit the handling of cash for both our customers and ourselves but also understand that not everyone has access to this, so we also clean our cash with antibacterial wipes. There will be increased frequency of cleaning for high touch points will be sanitised regularly.
The health and safety of our customers and our family is our primary focus and we will continue to monitor and update information and our strategies.

We would like to remind everyone that amid the Corona Virus/Covid-19 pandemic, we are still getting around as we provide an essential service. We respect the right to social distancing and the current laws that are in place.
We are happy to come out and quote the services you need while keeping with the directive that has been put forth, whether that be 1.5m distance or I can walk around while you speak with me on the phone from the comfort of inside your home. We are also happy to take direct deposit payments..
