We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage a team’s workflow, and a willingness to learn new software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Organise and coordinate team schedules, meetings, and task management.
• Learn and use new software efficiently to support business processes.
• Order and manage stock for upcoming jobs, ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Handle email and phone correspondence professionally.
• Assist with general office duties as required.
Requirements:
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
• Comfortable learning and using new software programs.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
