The team at Knights Electrical Services (QLD) is currently seeking a full-time Payroll/Administration Officer, with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Payroll & Superannuation
• HR - Manage employee records, timesheets & correspondence
• Accounts Payable - Enter supplier invoices and manage payments
• Receipting, banking, cash flow and bank reconciliations
• Solar project administration
• General Office/Reception duties including customer service, phones, logging and managing incoming jobs, mail, filing.
What we’re looking for:
• Admin/Payroll experience in a similar position is preferred
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to use initiative and attention to detail
• Team oriented approach
• Reliable and available to work school holidays
